Terms of service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of cosmicpulls.com, Cosmic Vault, Pull Session, Commander tools, Grade Defender features, and purchases from Cosmic Pulls (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location to use the Services. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us through our Contact page if you believe an account or connected Grade Defender has been accessed without permission.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and specifications may change. We try to present them accurately, but colors, scale, and individually manufactured details can vary. Grade Defenders are 3D printed, so subtle layer lines, texture, and minor surface variation are normal. A card and top loader are not included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Payments, taxes, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs are shown before payment. Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, timing, product restrictions, and combination rules. They have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.

Shipping and returns

Physical orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

Grade Defender and connected ownership

A Grade Defender provides a display, NFC connection, and digital identity for a compatible trading-card holder. It does not grade, authenticate, appraise, insure, or guarantee the condition, ownership, authenticity, or future value of any card. You are responsible for confirming holder fit and for protecting the physical card.

Private owner codes, Defender IDs, claim links, and transfer links must be kept secure. Do not claim, transfer, bind, or represent ownership of a Defender without authorization. A lawful sale or gift may require completing the in-service transfer process so the connected record accurately reflects the new owner.

Pull Session and camera recognition

Pull Session requests camera access only after you choose to start the camera. It uses AI-assisted image recognition to suggest a pack or card match. Recognition can be incomplete or incorrect, so you must review and confirm the exact game, card name, set, collector number, language, finish, and condition before saving a card or completing a session.

Camera recognition is a convenience feature, not authentication, grading, appraisal, or proof that a product is genuine. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a purchase, sale, insurance decision, or other financial decision.

Market values and collection data

Prices, session totals, collection values, and “up or down” signals are informational raw-card estimates assembled from third-party catalog and market sources. They may be delayed, unavailable, or different from an actual sale price. Condition, grading, language, finish, fees, taxes, shipping, marketplace activity, and printing differences can materially affect value. Cosmic Pulls does not guarantee pricing accuracy or future value.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, probe or bypass security, automate abusive requests, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, manipulate collection or ownership records, or use the Services for fraud. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services, or legal rights.

Intellectual property

The Services, site design, Cosmic Pulls branding, original text, graphics, software, and product designs are owned by Cosmic Pulls or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Trading-card names, images, game marks, and third-party catalog content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Third-party services and links

The Services depend on providers such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, catalog sources, market-data sources, and cloud infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but features may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated by us. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Pulls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services, market estimates, recognition suggestions, third-party services, or loss of collection data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cosmic Pulls in Colorado, United States, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your location. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
