Pull Session Privacy Notice
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This notice supplements the Cosmic Pulls Privacy Policy and explains how the optional Pull Session camera and AI-assisted card-recognition features work.
Camera permission and your choices
Pull Session requests camera access only after you choose to start the camera. You can decline permission, stop the camera at any time, and use available manual search tools instead. Avoid including faces, documents, addresses, financial information, or other personal information inside the camera frame.
What happens when you scan
When you tap a scan button, the current camera frame is sent securely to our cloud service provider, Cloudflare, and processed by an AI-assisted recognition model to suggest an unopened pack or individual card match. The recognition result is only a suggestion and can be incomplete or incorrect.
Cosmic Pulls does not intentionally store the camera image in your Cosmic Vault or application database after the recognition request is completed. Cloudflare processes the image as customer content to provide Workers AI. Cloudflare states that it does not use Workers AI customer content to train AI models or improve Cloudflare or third-party services without explicit consent. You can review Cloudflare’s current Workers AI data-usage information.
What is saved after you confirm
You decide what enters your collection. After you review and confirm a result, Cosmic Pulls may save the confirmed game, card or product identifier, card name, set, collector number, language, finish, condition selection, raw-market-price snapshot, session totals, and date to your account and Cosmic Vault.
We use this saved information to operate your collection, calculate session signals, prevent duplicate session completion, display informational market estimates, and support connected Grade Defender features.
AI recognition and market values
Pull Session does not perform facial recognition, authenticate cards, determine a grade, or make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Camera recognition is not proof that a card or sealed product is genuine.
Prices and session totals are informational raw-card estimates assembled from third-party catalog and market sources. They may be delayed, unavailable, or different from an actual sale price. Condition, grading, language, finish, fees, taxes, shipping, marketplace activity, and printing differences can materially affect value.
Managing your information
You can remove cards from an unfinished session, review every match before confirmation, and manage saved collection information through your account features. For privacy questions or requests, use our Contact page.
